Our site was born 8 years ago when we decided to take the kids traveling as a vital part of their education. We were on the road for 6 full years then hit a wall and had to go back to sort out house problems. World Travel Family is a website created by the Long family from 2012 to the present day. Over 6 full years of family travel, full-time worldschooling, in Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, parts of Africa and The Americas (plus cruising!) went into making this site.
